Service Policies

Thank you for choosing Peaceful Pool & Spa. The following policies help ensure that all services are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally. Please review these policies before your scheduled appointment.

Payment Policy

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
  • We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
  • Outstanding balances may delay future services or scheduling.
  • Returned checks are subject to applicable bank fees.
  • Customers are responsible for all collection costs, court costs, and reasonable attorney’s fees associated with unpaid balances, where permitted by law

Scheduling Policy

  • Appointments are scheduled by service area to provide the most efficient routing for our technicians.
  • While we make every effort to accommodate requested dates, specific arrival times cannot be guaranteed.
  • Customers will be notified if scheduling changes become necessary.
  • Please ensure the pool and equipment are accessible before your scheduled appointment.

Weather Delays

  • Pool openings, closings, and service appointments may be delayed due to severe weather, including heavy rain, lightning, high winds, or other unsafe working conditions.
  • If your appointment must be postponed due to weather, our office will contact you to reschedule as soon as possible.
  • Light rain alone may not require rescheduling if conditions remain safe for our technicians.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Please notify our office as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • If our technicians arrive and are unable to perform the scheduled service due to locked gates, unsecured pets, inaccessible equipment, improper water level, or the pool not being ready, a return trip fee may apply.
  • Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may affect future scheduling availability.

Warranty Information

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to new equipment and products where applicable.
  • Peaceful Pool & Spa warrants workmanship for services performed for 30 days from the date of service unless otherwise stated. (Adjust this time period if your company uses a different warranty.)
  • Warranty does not cover damage resulting from freezing, acts of nature, improper chemical balance, customer misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
  • Any warranty concerns should be reported to our office promptly.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing safe and unobstructed access to the pool and equipment.
  • Securing all dogs and pets before our arrival.
  • Maintaining the proper water level prior to scheduled openings or other services requiring pool operation.
  • Having all necessary pool accessories available before service.
  • Informing our office of any known equipment problems before the appointment.
  • Maintaining proper water chemistry after service has been completed.

Safety Policy

The safety of our employees and customers is our highest priority. For this reason:

  • Our technicians will not enter unsafe work areas.
  • We do not enter basements, bulkheads, crawl spaces, attics, or confined spaces to retrieve equipment.
  • Customers are responsible for removing any hazards that may prevent safe access to the pool or equipment.
  • If unsafe conditions exist, service may be postponed until the area is made safe.
  • Our technicians reserve the right to stop work if conditions become unsafe.

Additional Repairs

During any service appointment, our technicians may discover equipment failures, leaks, damaged plumbing, or other issues that were not visible prior to starting the system.

Any additional repairs or services will be discussed with the customer and approved before work is performed whenever possible. Services beyond the original scope of work may result in additional charges.

Limitation of Liability

Peaceful Pool & Spa is not responsible for pre-existing equipment failures, underground plumbing leaks, freeze damage, hidden defects, or conditions that are not visible prior to or during service. We are also not responsible for damage resulting from acts of nature, power outages, improper water chemistry, customer negligence, or equipment beyond its normal service life. Our liability is limited to the services specifically performed during your appointment.
